Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

In this 4-hour workshop, learn how to identify potential failure modes and effectively evaluate them and plan for action to prevent them from occurring. In addition, the differences between "Process" and "Design" FMEA's will be explained. Hands-on exercises are given. This workshop is based on the 3rd Edition of AIAG publication "Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis", 2001.
