In this 8-hour workshop, participants will learn how to conduct internal quality audits using the process approach. This value-adding approach is also required by the ISO 9001 standard. Audit examples / exercises will be given. ISO 9001:2008 requirements are reviewed with relevant audit implications

Note: A second day can be added to perform actual audits and document results. We can lead your audit team in a full-day of auditing and reporting (second day can be offered for on-site training only).
