There are three options to consider. You can select to the option that best fits your needs. You can even switch between options as you're going through the program.

Impact

Black Belts will receive 15 days of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC training, including Team Facilitation and Change Management Skills and a copy of Minitab statistical software

Green Belts will receive 11 days of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC training and a copy of Minitab statistical software

Leadership

In addition to services provided at the impact level Black Belts and Green Belts will receive project coaching from a Master Black Belt (matched to the BB by industry and project type) and Certification upon completion of requirements.

Breakthrough

In addition to services provided at the Leadership and Impact levels, Black Belts and Green Belts will receive on-site, hands-on project mentoring support for your project.  Some examples of services include Kaizen event coaching, data analysis, team training, project scoping, etc.
